Do I Have To Join The Organization To See An ACO Doctor?

No. ACO participation is the responsibility of your doctor. You don’t have to do anything at all.

How Will I Know If My Doctor Participates In Mission Health?

If your doctor is a member of Mission Health, you can use the link above to see all of the Mission Health ACO participating providers. The physicians will also have information in their offices to share with you. You can also contact Mission Health for more information.

Is My Medical Information Safe?

Your details will be treated with utmost security and confidentiality. Your doctor’s office will happily tell you about their particular data protection methods.

Participating providers will be able to share key medical information. But you can opt-out of this if you prefer. You can also choose to have your name and any other information removed at any time by calling the Medicare number below.

In addition, Medicare won’t share information about treatment for alcohol or substance abuse without written permission from the person in question.
